the staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. my room offered lovely comfort. It featured a bed that was very comfortable.

the electrical plugs in my room was rather old and potentially unsafe. Some wires seemed to be coming out of the wall as i attempted to charge my phone.

The room was clean. the bed linen felt decent. the shower was also decent. I appreciated that. the location is ideal. I could walk to the lake in three minutes. the opera house was only five minutes away. stadelhofen station is a ten-minute walk. It connects to the airport.

there were no tissues in the room! also, the fridge lacked complimentary water.

excellent locationcomfortable beddangerous manner

the location was excellent for walking to the lake. the bed was very comfortable with decent linen. the reception staff were friendly and provided helpful information.

the room lacked tissues and water, items i expected would be provided. the kettle did not turn itself off, and i thought that created a dangerous situation. the electrical plugs seemed old, and i saw wires coming out when i charged my phone.

the staff was helpful, it was acceptable.

the hotel lacked air conditioning and the weather was warm. the room felt insufferably hot each night of my stay. there was a shortage of outlets. there was almost no clothing storage either.
